Our rowers are diligent workers who can help with nearly any project you can think of!
We ask for a minimum $40/hour pay for each rower during their time helping out. If the job is outside of the general Chapel Hill/Carrboro area, please factor travel time into consideration. (Tips are greatly appreciated for a job well done!)
All of their proceeds go directly towards the athletes’ dues, which help the team with equipment purchases, regatta travel, entry fees, lodging, and much more!
We DO NOT bring our own equipment (ex. gardening tools, moving equipment, etc.). Please provide the necessary tools and equipment for the job.
Payments can be made with cash, the rower’s Venmo account, or a check to UNC Crew. If you are making a payment directly to a rower’s Venmo account, the account information will be provided after the job is completed.
